ProCRYL Initiator is a liquid catalyst used to activate ProCRYL resins during installation. It controls the reaction rate, cure speed, and pot life of the methyl methacrylate (MMA) system depending on temperature and dosage.
Installers adjust the amount of ProCRYL Initiator to suit environmental conditions. It is required for all ProCRYL MMA systems and enables rapid curing—often allowing return to service in under an hour. Proper mixing and safety precautions are essential.
