Industries

The commercial, industrial, and institutional markets we serve are quite diverse in their needs for specific resinous floor coating and resurfacing systems. No one material can do it all. Aesthetics, safety, chemical exposures, thermal cycling, moisture tolerance, traffic loads, life cycle costs, among others are important considerations when evaluating a protective floor coating or treatment. Even within one facility, there may be a number of different floor coatings required for areas with unique exposures, substrate issues like moisture vapor transmission, as well as safety, hygiene, and/or aesthetic concerns. For example, a cementitious urethane may be best suited for a school’s kitchen, a decorative polymer flake floor for the cafeteria, a FlexFloor system for the locker rooms, and a Shop Floor MR system for the mechanical/utility rooms. ProREZ materials and systems are designed and specified to perform in a wide variety of settings, but some are better suited than others for certain environments with unique requirements. A properly selected and maintained resinous floor coating or resurfacing system should provide a long-term finish that over time continues to look good and perform well.
