PROCRYL MMA FX BinderProCryl MMA FX Binder is a higher viscosity, 100% reactive, flexible methyl methacrylate resin that’s available in two versions. For applications requiring a low temperature (LT) waterproofing membrane, pre-treatment of construction and expansion joints, and higher flexibility and elongation in colder settings, our elasticized polyurethane-methacrylate ProCryl FX-LT Binder would be the best solution, both indoors and outdoors. Our standard ProCryl FX Binder is also an elasticized methyl methacrylate resin designed for use as an intermediate or base coat (e.g. broadcast coat) offering stress relieving properties for horizontal slabs showing movement and/or vibration.

PROCRYL MMA FX BinderProCryl MMA FX Binder is a 100% reactive, elasticized methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin formulated for use as a flexible base or intermediate broadcast coat in ProREZ MMA flooring systems. It is engineered to absorb movement, resist cracking, and provide waterproofing performance in environments subject to vibration, stress, or thermal fluctuation. For cold environments or areas demanding enhanced elongation and joint flexibility, ProCryl FX-LT Binder—a polyurethane-methacrylate version—offers increased viscoelasticity and improved crack resistance at sub-freezing temperatures. Both versions cure rapidly with the addition of ProCryl MMA Initiator or ProCryl LTC for low-temperature installs, allowing for recoat and return to service in approximately one hour. FX and FX-LT can be blended for fine-tuning flexibility in cold storage, freezer, or transitional environments. When properly mixed with filler powder and broadcast with clean, dry silica quartz (20–40 mesh), FX Binder provides a resilient, stress-tolerant base layer for applications ranging from ramps and animal rooms to parking decks, ship decks, and food processing areas.
