ProCRYL Binder

ProCryl Binder is a high-build, 100% reactive methyl methacrylate resin formulated for use as the bodycoat in self-leveling (SL), broadcast, and troweled mortar (TM) flooring systems. With excellent flow and leveling characteristics, it is ideal for resurfacing worn concrete and building durable, seamless floors that can handle heavy traffic and mechanical loads. The binder is applied over properly primed substrates and must be combined with SL filler or blended aggregate to achieve structural build and thickness. It supports a wide range of industrial and commercial environments, including kitchens, machine shops, food plants, and animal care facilities. ProCryl Binder is VOC-compliant and compatible with decorative quartz or polymer flake systems when pigmented using ProREZ Universal Colorants. A minimum applied thickness of 65 mils (1/16″) is required unless otherwise approved by ProREZ Technical Services.
