ProTHANE Satin

ProTHANE Satin F is a fast-curing, low-gloss polyurethane topcoat formulated for use in cooler or lower-humidity environments. It maintains the excellent abrasion resistance, antimicrobial protection, and compliance standards of the ProTHANE line. When mixed 1:1 with its hardener, it can be applied at 3-4 mils and achieves accelerated curing for fast-track projects. Like other ProTHANE variants, it supports ProGrip and ProWear additives and is not intended for wet conditions. It’s ideal for applications requiring fast turnaround without compromising durability or regulatory compliance.

ProTHANE Satin is a low-gloss version of the ProTHANE polyurethane topcoat system, offering the same high-performance protection in a more muted finish. It is a clear, 100% solids, U-V stable coating with low odor, excellent abrasion resistance, and antimicrobial protection. ProTHANE Satin is ideal for healthcare, educational, and industrial facilities where both durability and aesthetics are critical. Mixed at a 1:1 ratio with its hardener, it applies at 3-4 mils and can be further enhanced with ProGrip or ProWear additives. It complies with USDA, FDA, ADA, OSHA, and EPA VOC regulations and is not recommended for wet environments.
