ProTHANE Gloss

ProTHANE F Gloss is a 100% solids, UV-stable polyurethane topcoat designed for maximum wear and abrasion resistance in dry environments. It is mixed at a 1:2 ratio (Resin:Hardener) and cures quickly in low-humidity or fast-track conditions.  Field tinting is supported with ProColor colorants, and optional additives like ProWear or ProGrip enhance abrasion or slip resistance. ProTHANE F is suitable for labs, hangars, schools, and commercial spaces, but should not be used in wet areas.

ProTHANE S is a high-performance, clear hybrid polyurethane topcoat designed for superior abrasion and wear resistance in demanding environments. This 100% solids, low-odor, U-V stable coating is ideal for use in clean rooms, labs, hangars, kitchens, and more. The S-Resin variant offers a working time of up to 40 minutes at 70°F and 50% RH, with application thickness between 3-4 mils. ProTHANE S is compliant with USDA, FDA, OSHA, ADA, and EPA VOC standards and supports optional additives for increased slip or abrasion resistance. Not for use in wet areas, it’s best suited for dry, high-traffic spaces needing durable, long-lasting floor protection.
