ProPOXY MoistureBLOK (MB)

    ProPoxy MoistureBLOK (MB) is a clear two component, low odor, 100% solids membrane-forming, moisture vapor control system for on or below grade concrete slabs. This uniquely formulated hybrid epoxy has been specially designed for faster cure and maximum moisture vapor protection while reducing the risk of outgassing and “fish eyes” typically associated with porous and contaminated concrete. ProPoxy MB primer system can be used under all ProREZ seamless flooring materials. Reference technical data sheet for more information.

    ProPOXY MoistureBLOK S

    ProPOXY MoistureBLOK S uses ProPOXY MB Resin with a standard, moderately fast-curing S-Hardener for moisture mitigation beneath seamless flooring. Formulated for concrete slabs up to 99% RH, it reduces moisture vapor emissions to less than 3 lbs/1,000 sq ft/24 hrs. The system is 100% solids, zero VOC, and suitable for green concrete as early as 7 days old. With a 2:1 resin-to-hardener mix ratio, it applies in a single coat and offers excellent inter-coat adhesion and resistance to outgassing. MoistureBLOK S is compliant with all federal and state VOC regulations and performs well in institutional, commercial, and industrial settings.

    ProPOXY MoistureBLOK F

    ProPOXY MoistureBLOK F is a 100% solids hybrid epoxy system designed to mitigate moisture vapor emissions in on-grade or below-grade concrete slabs. It uses ProPOXY MB Resin with the fast-curing F-Hardener in a 2:1 mix ratio and can be installed on green concrete as early as 7 days old. The system reduces vapor emissions from up to 25 lbs/1,000 sq ft/24 hrs down to 3 lbs or less and withstands sustained pH exposure up to 14. This single-coat system cures tack-free in about 4 hours and provides a strong base for ProREZ resinous flooring. It features zero VOCs, built-in adhesion promoters, and excellent surface contaminant resistance, making it ideal for industrial and commercial applications.
