ProKRETE CM

    ProCrete CM is a low odor, 3-component, urethane concrete mortar used for cove base applications in place of regular epoxy-based materials. This trowel-applied mortar provides an excellent base material, and is especially well suited for al food and beverage environments where damp or high moisture levels in the substrate are typically present.     The ProKRETE CM Kit is a 3-part urethane concrete system developed for aggressive and wet environments including food processing and chemical wash areas. It includes Resin (A), Hardener (B), and Aggregate Filler (C) with a wet-on-wet application method for optimal bond strength. The material offers zero VOCs, excellent thermal resistance, and is compliant with USDA, FDA, and CFIA standards. Mixing requires a slow-speed drill or mortar mixer followed by trowel or screed bar application over a primed surface. It can be applied on green concrete as early as 5 days after pour and supports onsite pigmenting when required.
