ProCRYL UVR Topcoat

ProCryl UVR Topcoat is a 100% reactive, medium-viscosity methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin formulated for high-performance indoor and outdoor applications where UV stability, elasticity, and impact resistance are critical. This version of the ProCryl MMA Topcoat line is designed to remain flexible under stress, offering excellent crack-bridging capabilities and resistance to mechanical shock. It is particularly well-suited for exterior surfaces or interior areas subject to thermal movement, substrate flex, or vibration—especially those with low mechanical strength. ProCryl UVR Topcoat cures rapidly to full strength in about 60 minutes and can be applied in a wide range of temperatures, including sub-freezing conditions with appropriate catalyst adjustments. It is VOC-compliant, resistant to yellowing under sunlight exposure, and designed for use at a coating thickness of 10–20 mils over smooth basecoats. Proper mixing, immediate back-rolling, and cure verification between coats ensure optimal performance and appearance.
