The ProKRETE TF/HD Kit Standard Size integrates both Thin Film (TF) and Heavy Duty (HD) systems into a single modular urethane concrete kit designed for high-performance flooring. The HD system provides a self-priming, trowel-applied layer at 1/4″ to 1/2″ thickness, while the TF component is roller-applied and can serve as a primer or topcoat. It uses a 3-part mix of resin, hardener, and aggregate, and supports tinting via ProColor Universal Colorants. With excellent thermal shock resistance (up to 250°F), chemical durability, and antimicrobial properties, this kit meets USDA, FDA, and CFIA standards. It is suitable for demanding environments such as food processing, commercial kitchens, and mechanical rooms, and can be applied to 5-day-old concrete even at low temperatures.
